Who We Are.
SRAC is staffed 100% by a knowledgeable staff of volunteers that donated approximately 5,500 hours last year alone. Our staff includes avocational archaeologists, professional anthropologists, historians, researchers, and others who are dedicated to our mission. This allows us to stay open 5 days a week year round.

What We Do:
SRAC is located at 345 Broad Street in Waverly, NY and we have a huge museum gift shop, a lecture hall that seats 75 people, and an exhibit hall filled with thousands of local Native American artifacts that date as far back as the ice age (12 – 15 thousand years ago)to the Revolutionary War (1770’s). We give personal tours and accept group tours as well as school field trips. All of this makes us a popular destination, serving thousands of visitors every year.

Watch Us: SRAC has their own Youtube channel – you can visit here: http://www.youtube.com/sracenter

Memberships: Since 2005, SRAC’s membership has been steadily growing and to date is approximately 250. The majority of our members are from the Twin Tier Region of southern eastern NY and northeastern PA, but we also have members from many different states other than NY and PA as well. SRAC takes pride in the value of our membership package that we offer with discounts on all events, free admission to our exhibit hall, our SRAC Journals delivered each quarter, and an annual luncheon membership celebration and much more for $25 or less per year (Seniors – $15!). Funding:
SRAC is a 501c3,(nonprofit organization.) We do not accept state or federal funding and all of our funding comes from our membership, the revenues that we can generate at the Center, and donations from philanthropic foundations such as the Allen Pierce Foundation, Mildred Faulkner Truman Foundation and generous individuals like you.
